tooltips: ItemEvents.tooltip -> ItemEvents.modifyTooltips, 0.22.1 -> 0.22.2

KubeJS 2101.x has ModifyItemTooltipsKubeEvent (the modify-tooltips API); the older 'tooltip' event name doesn't exist in this version.
