Matt 3bcf8bc4f8 pack: add Spark profiler 1.10.124 + bump to 0.13.0 
Best-in-class MC profiler. Server side: /spark sampler start, /spark
heap, /spark tps. Optional client side too. ~3.5MB, both sides optional
per Modrinth -- tagged "both" so launcher syncs it too.
